IP-Based Attendance Control

Configure approved networks for attendance. Employees can only check in when connected to authorized networks, helping organizations improve attendance accuracy and prevent unauthorized check-ins:
+ Set Dynamic IP: Support dynamic network ranges, allowing employees to check in even when their network address changes, making it ideal for remote and hybrid working environments.
+ Set Whitelist IP: Define specific IP addresses or network ranges that are allowed for attendance, ensuring employees check in only from approved locations.

Customizable Working Schedules

Configure working schedules for employees, including start and end times. These schedules are used to determine attendance status, calculate late minutes, and support payroll process.

Check-in Location

Employees can check in from multiple locations (e.g., home, office, or others). These locations can be easily configured to suit your organization's needs.

Late Check-in Tracking

When employees check in after their scheduled start time, the system automatically displays a notification and calculates the corresponding late minutes based on the assigned work schedule. Late minutes are recorded and displayed in the attendance listview.

Auto Check-Out

Administrators can configure the automatic execution time for the check-out process. At the scheduled time, the system automatically runs and evaluates employees based on their assigned working schedules. Employees who meet the configured conditions will be check-out automatically.

Installation Guide

Installation

1. Install the bhs_dynamic_attendance_tracker.

2. Configure working hours and assign work schedules to employees.

3. Set up IP whitelists for authorized attendance locations.

4. Configure attendance locations (home, company, other) base on your needs.

Configuration

  • Ensure that the user information is correctly set, and that the "Restrict Attendance" checkbox is selected.
  • Configure the late minute notifications based on the working schedule.
  • Set up the cron job for auto check-out at the configured time.
