Set up the conditions that determine which email address will be used as the sender for outgoing emails:
+ Set Email From: Define the sender address to use when the email senders belongs to a different domain than the configured Domain Email.
+ Domain Email: Define the company email domain. Emails sent from addresses within this domain will keep their original sender information.

Outgoing emails automatically follow the configured sender rules, ensuring the appropriate email address is used.
