How It
Works
Mandatory Reason Configuration
Enable the global setting to make reasons mandatory for every leave approval or refusal during bulk operations.
Bulk Server Actions
Select multiple records from the list view and use the Action menu to trigger "Approve Leave" or "Refuse Leave".
Approval Wizard
A wizard pops up asking for a justification note before confirming the approval of all selected requests.
Refusal Wizard
Similarly, for refusals, enter a reason note that will be sent or logged for all selected leave requests.
Note Display on Record
View the reasons provided during the bulk action directly in the chatter log of each individual record.
