Cal.id User Connection
Cal.id Integration module creates a direct and unique connection between each Odoo user and their Cal.id account using a Cal ID. This connection is established once during configuration and remains active throughout the session. Each user gets their own dedicated Cal ID which acts as a bridge between Odoo and Cal.id. No manual linking or technical knowledge is required from the user side. The connection is secure, persistent, and fully managed within Odoo settings.
Two Way Auto Sync
The module provides a powerful two way synchronization engine that keeps Odoo and Cal.id always in perfect alignment. When a meeting or appointment is created, updated, or deleted in Odoo it is automatically pushed to Cal.id in real time. Similarly when a booking is made directly from Cal.id it is automatically pulled back into Odoo as a calendar event with full details. This eliminates the need for any manual data entry, export, or import between the two systems. Both platforms stay updated simultaneously without any user intervention, saving time and preventing scheduling conflicts.
Booking from Odoo to Cal.id
Users can create and manage all their bookings directly from Odoo and have them instantly appear in their Cal.id calendar. When a meeting is scheduled in Odoo the system automatically pushes the complete event details to Cal.id including the event title, start time, end time, duration, attendees list, location, and description. There is no need to switch between Odoo and Cal.id to manage bookings. Everything is handled from a single place inside Odoo making the booking process fast, simple, and error free.
Cal.id to Odoo Sync
Any appointment or booking made directly through the Cal.id platform is automatically synchronized back into Odoo. The system continuously monitors Cal.id for new bookings and creates the corresponding calendar events in Odoo with all available details. This ensures that the Odoo calendar always remains a complete and accurate reflection of the user's real schedule regardless of where the booking was originally made. Managers can see all incoming Cal.id bookings reflected in Odoo in real time without any manual action.
Weekly Meeting Load Dashboard
A smart and intuitive weekly dashboard gives users and managers a clear visual summary of meeting distribution across the entire week from Monday to Sunday. The dashboard displays total meeting hours per day, number of meetings per day, highlights today's meetings separately, and distinguishes between past days and upcoming days. The calculation is fully timezone aware using IST (Asia/Kolkata) to ensure accurate day boundaries. Normal users see only their own weekly load while managers can view the complete weekly load across all users in the organization.

Cal.ID Dashboard
The Cal.ID Dashboard gives you a complete real time overview of your calendar activity in one beautiful and intuitive screen. The top summary cards display your total Weekly Hours, Weekly Meetings, and Unconfirmed bookings at a glance. The Weekly Load bar chart shows meeting hours distributed across each day of the week with meeting counts per day, making it easy to spot your busiest and lightest days. The Monthly Meetings section shows a weekly breakdown of meeting counts for the last 6 months using circular progress indicators.
API Connection Cal.ID Configuration
The API Connection page lets you link Odoo to your Cal.ID account using a secure API key. Enter your API key and Cal.ID base URL, test the connection, and you are ready. Once connected, your Cal.ID account name and email are shown with a green Connected status confirming that Odoo and Cal.ID are actively linked and all calendar events will sync automatically in both directions.
Sync Bookings List View
The Meeting Bookings list view shows all calendar events synced from Cal.ID into Odoo in one organized view. Each record displays the meeting subject, start and end date, attendees, location, and duration. Use the Sync Cal ID button to instantly pull the latest bookings from Cal.ID, create new meetings directly from Odoo using the New button, or use the Open Wizard for advanced sync options. All 56 meetings are always kept in sync between Odoo and Cal.ID automatically in real time.
Booking From Odoo to Cal.ID(Single)
This screen is used to create, manage, and synchronize meetings between Odoo and Cal.ID. Click the 'Pick Slot' button to check availability and book a meeting based on the available time slots.
Event Type Book Slot
This is used to book an available time slot for a selected event type. Check the event's availability and book a meeting according to the available time slots.
Filtered Record for Sync
The Sync Cal.ID Bookings wizard allows you to pull bookings from Cal.ID into Odoo Calendar by selecting a specific date range and filtering by sync status Upcoming, Cancelled, or Past. Simply set your start and end date, choose which booking statuses you want to import, and click Sync Now to instantly bring all matching Cal.ID bookings into your Odoo calendar.
Event Type Sync
The Event Type Sync feature automatically synchronizes all your Cal.ID event types into Odoo, ensuring that every booking type configured in Cal.ID is accurately reflected in your Odoo calendar.

The calendar displays meetings synced across multiple attendees, with different meeting bookings visible in the calendar view.
Booking from Odoo to Cal.Id (Single & Multi)
By selecting a single or multiple records, you can trigger an action to book a meeting in Cal.ID. The required fields added in the event form view are used to complete the booking in Cal.id.
Automatic Lead Creation
The Automatic Lead Creation feature automatically creates CRM leads in Odoo whenever a new meeting or booking is created through the Cal.ID integration. This helps sales teams manage inquiries efficiently without manual data entry.
