Key features
Visual drag and drop designer
A native OWL canvas with swimlanes, nodes, decision diamonds and connectors. Lay out your standard operating procedure exactly the way it runs.
Decision branches
Add Yes/No decision nodes. Questions are answered at generation time to steer which tasks get created - one template, many variants.
Native task dependencies
The generator wires tasks with Odoo's standard "Blocked by" dependencies, collapsing the flow through decisions and non-task nodes automatically.
Role-based assignment
Each swimlane maps to a responsible user, so every generated task lands with the right owner.
Scheduling and effort
Per-step duration drives allocated hours (8h/day), ready for planning.
Reusable project templates

Design
Open the Process Designer and draw your process: lanes, activities, decisions and transitions.

Click Generate Project, name it and answer the decision questions to pick the right branch.

A Project is created with ordered, dependency-linked Tasks assigned to the right people - ready to execute.
Included example
The module ships with a ready-to-use "Standard Implementation Process" template (Sales / Delivery / Customer lanes; Kickoff, Requirements, Configuration, Testing, Training, Go-Live; with a "Customization needed?" decision) so you can see the designer and the one-click generation in action immediately.
