ODOO'S FUNCTION

The Odoo standard system is strictly reservation-dependent. The Barcode app only generates and displays lines for products that have been successfully reserved in the system. If an item is out of stock or hasn't been reserved yet, it disappears entirely from the "Detailed Operations" view. This forces the warehouse operator to work "blind," as they cannot see the full list of required items on their scanner until they reach the final validation step.

CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

CLuedoo provides a demand-driven workflow with full transparency. It retains any existing reservations, but for any item that is not reserved, it automatically creates a line with quantity 0 . This ensures that the operator always sees the complete demand list on their screen. In the Barcode App, quantities are automatically summed into the existing lines at both the individual and global levels. This prevents duplicate entries and ensures your scan progress always matches the total order demand.

CONFIGURATION Go to *Inventory* > *Configuration* > *Operations Types* > Choose Operations Type.
Under General Tab, tick on checkbox *Show Detailed Operations* .
Under Barcode Tab, tick on checkbox *Auto-create Detail Lines* & *Manual Quantity in Barcode* .
Create New product, tick on checkbox *Track Inventory* and fill in the *Barcode* .
USAGE Go to *Sales* > Create New Sales Order > Confirm
Go to Receipts In the Detailed Operations tab, each line shows its reserved quantity. Products without a reservation are shown with a quantity of 0 , while reserved products display either their on-hand or demand quantity. Under the Operations tab, both the Demand and Reservation quantities are visible for a complete overview.
In the Barcode App, Full Order Checklist is displayed, regardless of whether they are currently in stock.
Click button *Scan* or *Add Product* > Fill in the quantity.
A three-tier quantity display (A / B / C) appears on the Barcode screen. 1st Column (Quantity in Each Scan): shows the specific amount processed in each scanned. 2nd Column (Total Scanned Quantity): displays the total amount confirmed by the system. 3rd Column (Total Global Demand): shows the amount requested by the customer. Note: Red indicates currently proceeding line. Green indicates confirmed/validated line.
Go back to *Transfers* > Detailed stock moves also appear on *Transfers* .
