Description
Add a configurable Transfer Reason to your warehouse operations so every internal movement is justified and traceable.
Warehouse managers keep a short, ordered catalog of reasons â for example replenishment, quality check, damage or relocation â and the system asks operators to pick one whenever they process an internal transfer. No stock movement is left unexplained, which makes audits and reporting far easier.

Installation and setup
- Download and install the module from Apps (it depends on Inventory).
- Open Inventory → Configuration → Transfer Reasons and create your list of reasons.
- Process an internal transfer and pick the reason â it is required before validating.
How to use
Managers define reasons once under Inventory configuration and order them with the drag handle. When an operator opens an internal transfer, the Transfer Reason field is shown and must be filled before the transfer can be validated, giving you a clean, auditable trail of why stock moved.
