What this module does
CRM Booster turns Odoo's empty priority stars into a real, transparent lead-scoring system. You define scoring rules as ordinary Odoo domains and sort them into two buckets: Fit, which scores who the lead is, and Engagement, which scores what the lead does. Each rule carries a point value, and the module evaluates every lead against the active rules to write a single total score plus a grade onto the lead.
Grades are yours to define by score band, Cold, Warm and Hot, and each grade can mark the lead as Marketing Qualified and set its CRM priority stars so hot leads jump out in the pipeline. A score breakdown on each lead lists every rule that fired and the points it added, so the number is always explainable. Scores recompute when the fields behind your rules change, and a nightly batch keeps the whole pipeline current. An optional free bridge feeds email open and click data from your mass mailings straight into the score.

🎯
No-Code Scoring Rules
Write rules as plain Odoo domains you already understand. Group them into Fit and Engagement, give each a point value, and the module scores every lead automatically. |
🔥
Grades You Control
Define Cold, Warm and Hot bands by score, flag Marketing Qualified leads and set CRM priority stars per grade, so reps instantly spot who to call first. |
🔍
Fully Transparent
A per-lead breakdown lists every rule that fired and the points it added. The score is never an opaque AI number, your team can always explain it. |
|
📝 No-Code Domain Rules
Scoring rules written as plain Odoo domains, grouped into Fit and Engagement. No Python, no external service. |
🔢 Points Add Up to a Score
Each rule carries points that roll up into one transparent total score on every lead, recomputed automatically. |
|
🌡 Grades by Score Band
Define Cold, Warm and Hot grades by the score band you choose, with an optional Marketing Qualified flag. |
🔎 Per-Lead Breakdown
Every lead shows exactly which rules fired and the points each gave, so the final number is always explainable. |
|
⭐ Automatic Priority Stars
Optionally set the CRM priority stars per grade, so hot leads stand out in the pipeline without manual effort. |
📧 Free Engagement Bridge
An optional free bridge scores email opens and clicks from your mass mailings straight into your engagement rules. |
|
🔄 Recompute Plus Nightly Batch
Scores recompute on the fields that matter, and a nightly batch keeps the whole pipeline fresh. |
🛡 Respects Record Access
Each salesperson sees and scores only their own pipeline, so scoring honors your existing CRM access rules. |
Two scoring categories, kept separate
|
Fit: who they are
Score the lead's profile, such as country, industry, company size or revenue. Fit tells you whether a lead is the kind of customer you want. |
Engagement: what they do
Score the lead's actions, such as opening or clicking your emails. Engagement tells you how interested a lead is right now. |
Keeping the two categories apart lets you balance interest against quality, so a noisy but unqualified lead never outranks a perfect-fit prospect.
How it works
|
1
|
Write your scoring rules
Add rules as plain Odoo domains, sort each into Fit or Engagement, and give it a point value. No code and no external service. |
|
2
|
Define your grade bands
Set the score ranges for Cold, Warm and Hot. Flag each grade as Marketing Qualified and optionally set the CRM priority stars. |
|
3
|
Leads score automatically
Every lead is evaluated against your active rules and gets a total score and a grade, recomputed when the fields behind your rules change. |
|
4
|
Read the breakdown
Open any lead to see the score, the grade and a list of every rule that fired with its points, so the figure is always explainable. |
|
5
|
Work the pipeline by score
Score and Grade columns sit right in the opportunity list, so reps sort and focus on the hottest leads first. A nightly batch keeps it all current. |
See it in action, from rules to pipeline
Follow the full workflow: build the rules, set the grades, read the breakdown on a lead, then sort the whole pipeline by score.
Scoring Rules: no-code points for fit and engagement
Score Grades: define Cold, Warm and Hot bands
On the lead: score, grade and a transparent breakdown
Pipeline: Score and Grade columns in the opportunity list

Frequently asked questions
Define scoring rules as plain Odoo domains and give each a point value. CRM Booster evaluates every lead against your rules and writes a total score and a grade onto the lead, automatically, with no code and no external service.
Fit rules score who the lead is, such as country, industry, company size or revenue. Engagement rules score what the lead does, such as opening or clicking your emails. CRM Booster keeps the two categories separate so you can balance interest against quality.
Yes. Every lead carries a score breakdown that lists each rule that fired and the points it contributed, so the final number is always explainable to your sales team. Nothing about the score is hidden.
You define grades by score band, for example 0 to 30 Cold, 31 to 70 Warm, 71 and up Hot. Each grade can flag the lead as Marketing Qualified and optionally set the CRM priority stars, so hot leads stand out in the pipeline.
An optional free bridge module adds engagement from your mass mailings, so opening or clicking a campaign adds points through your normal engagement rules. Install it alongside Mass Mailing and the scoring picks up automatically.
Yes, CRM Booster is free and open source under LGPL-3. Use the version selector at the top of this page to pick your Odoo release; each branch is published as its own listing for that exact version.
