Overview
CRM Facebook Lead Integration bridges the gap between your Facebook advertising efforts and your Odoo CRM pipeline. Every time a prospect fills out a Lead Ad form on Facebook, this module automatically fetches and creates a fully-mapped CRM lead in Odoo â complete with campaign, ad set, source, and medium tracking.
No more manual CSV exports, no more copy-paste errors. Your sales team gets fresh leads in real time and can follow up while the prospect is still warm.

ð One-Click Facebook Page Linking
Connect your Facebook Business Pages via secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. The module handles long-lived token exchange and automatic token refresh through a dedicated scheduler.
ð Automatic Lead Form Discovery
Fetch all Lead Gen forms from your linked Facebook Pages with one click. The module discovers every form automatically, including its fields and question labels.
ðï¸ Flexible Field Mapping
Map every Facebook form question to any stored field on crm.lead â including char, text, float, integer, monetary, many2one, selection, date, datetime, phone, and HTML fields. Unmapped fields are saved in the lead's notes for zero data loss.
â±ï¸ Scheduled & Real-Time Sync
A built-in Odoo cron job fetches new leads every 8 minutes. It uses Facebook's timestamp filtering so only new leads since the last fetch are retrieved â no duplicates, no wasted API calls.
ð Full Campaign & UTM Tracking
Automatically resolves and stores the Facebook Campaign, Ad Set, and Ad associated with each lead. Data flows into Odoo's native UTM tracking (Campaign, Source, Medium) for end-to-end attribution.
âï¸ Configurable Graph API Version
Set and change the Facebook Graph API version (default: v21.0) directly from Settings. No code changes required when Facebook releases new API versions â just update the version string.
ð Automatic Token Management
A dedicated hourly scheduler automatically exchanges and refreshes Facebook access tokens, ensuring uninterrupted lead syncing without manual re-authentication.
â Form Validation Workflow
Each Facebook form goes through a Draft â Confirmed â Discarded workflow. Only confirmed forms are synced, giving you full control over which forms generate CRM leads.
How It Works
Configure Facebook App Credentials
Go to Settings â Facebook Configuration. Enter your Facebook App ID, App Secret, and optionally change the Graph API version (default: v21.0).
Link Your Facebook Pages
Navigate to the Facebook Dashboard and click "Link Account." Authenticate via Facebook OAuth to import your managed pages.
Fetch & Configure Lead Forms
Open a Facebook Page record, click "Fetch Forms" to discover all lead forms. Then open each form to map Facebook fields to Odoo CRM lead fields, assign a Sales Team, and validate the form.
Leads Flow In Automatically
The scheduler runs every 8 minutes, pulling new leads from all confirmed forms. Each lead is created in Odoo CRM with all mapped fields, campaign tracking, and a Facebook Information tab for full transparency.

Every synced lead includes a dedicated "Facebook Information" tab showing:

Performance & Technical Highlights
Batch SQL Checks
Duplicate detection uses raw SQL batch queries instead of ORM loops â fast even with thousands of leads.
Incremental Fetch
Uses last_fetch_date timestamp filtering so only new leads are retrieved â zero redundant API calls.
Request Timeouts
All HTTP requests use a 30-second timeout to prevent hanging cron jobs and ensure system stability.
Pagination Support
Automatically follows Facebook's paginated responses to fetch every single lead, no matter how large the dataset.
