Install module/application.

Once the module is installed, go to Settings > Permissions.
In the Permissions section, enable the Export Image in Excel option for the desired user.
After enabling this permission, the user will be able to export binary image fields as embedded images in Odoo XLSX reports instead of Base64 text.

After completing the configuration, open any list view in Odoo and select the records you want to export.
Click Actions â Export, then choose the fields you want to include in the Excel file, including any binary image fields.
The second screenshot shows the export result when the Export Image in Excel permission is disabled, where image fields are exported as Base64 text. The third screenshot shows the result after enabling the permission, where images are embedded directly into the downloaded Excel file.
