Step 1
Navigate to the Inventory module.
Step 2
Click the Unacknowledged Delivery Orders menu.In this menu, all unacknowledged validated delivery orders are listed below.
Step 3
After clicking this menu, open any delivery order. Here, the acknowledgment document is not attached in the Acknowledge Documents tab.
Step 4
You need to upload the acknowledgment copy in the Acknowledge Documents tab under the Documents field. Once the document is updated, the record will be removed from the Unacknowledged Delivery Orders menu.
