Go to Settings > Point of Sale > PoS Interface and activate the Customer Credit Limit feature.

Alternatively, you can activate the Customer Credit Limit feature directly from Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale.

Navigate to Orders > Customers to manage individual credit profiles.

Select a specific customer and open the dedicated POS Credit tab.

Define the Credit Limit and ensure "Partner Limit" is checked to enforce valid limits. You can also toggle "POS Credit Hold" to immediately block all credit purchases for this customer.

Open a Point of Sale session from the dashboard.

Start processing orders in the active Point of Sale session screen.

Select a customer to view their available credit limit directly in the POS interface.

The customer's available credit limit and hold status will be clearly displayed.

If the credit limit is exceeded, a warning pop-up will appear. Depending on your When Limit Exceeded configuration ("Warn and Allow"), the cashier may still select to proceed.

Alternatively, if When Limit Exceeded configured to "Block Order", the system will completely prevent the validation of orders that exceed the allowed credit limit.

In the POS interface, the system will prominently indicate if a selected customer's credit is currently on hold.

A strict pop-up warning will prevent the cashier from processing the order if the customer is under a credit hold.

The POS Payment screen dynamically calculates and displays the total receivable credit based on the active order in real-time.
