Property Management in Odoo
This Odoo application introduces comprehensive property management features into the Odoo platform. With this feature, you can manage bookings, tenants, and agents. With this application, you can create bookings manually and configure various elements such as tags, amenities, nearby connectivity, and property types (residential, commercial, industrial). It also covers land titles, parking spaces, property facing, area management, rent types, maintenance types, and agreement templates. The application provides dedicated menus for managing properties, sub-properties, tenancies, rent schedules, bookings, and agreement documents. You can generate tenancies based on property type and create rent schedules from tenancies. Additionally, you can easily access all invoices and payments through a separate menu. There is also a dedicated menu for managing contacts. Various kinds of reports are provided for better understanding.

Show Rent Schedule
In the tenancy rent schedule, the goal is to collect rent. You can collect the deposit by using the 'Receive Deposit' button. This allows you to make a payment on the deposit amount. Additionally, you can receive rent payments.
Few rent received is based on the deposit amount. After receiving the rent, you can make a payment using the 'Payment by Deposit Amount' button. At this time, a warning will be given.
Add Maintenance Detail then 'Generate Maintenance Invoice'
Click on 'Generate Invoice' button
Show All Payments on Payments Menu
Click on 'Generate Rent Agreement' button
Click on 'Generate' button
Show Agreement and Maintenance Invoice link in tenancy
