WhatsApp Calls Integration lets your team make and receive WhatsApp voice calls right inside Odoo Discuss. It runs on top of the WhatsApp Integration app and uses the same WhatsApp Business number your team already chats on, so there is no extra phone line and no new tool to learn.

When a customer calls, the call rings every agent you choose at the same time, and the first person to answer takes it. You can also call a customer back with one click straight from their chat. Calls can be recorded automatically and played back later, and every call is saved with the contact, direction, duration, and result next to your message history.

Set the hours when calling is allowed, send a friendly auto-reply when someone calls after hours, and stay within WhatsApp rules with built-in customer call permission. It is a simple way to turn WhatsApp into a complete voice channel for your support, sales, and service teams.

Multi-Agent Ringing

An incoming call rings the bot user and every team member you add to the account at the same time. The first to answer wins, with no double answers.

Incoming Call Popup & Ringtone

A clear popup with a ringtone shows the caller name and accept or decline buttons. A waiting overlay appears when you are already on a call.

Live Timer & In-Call Controls

See the call time tick up live while you talk, and hang up cleanly when you are done. The call is closed for both sides at once.

Automatic Call Recording

Turn on auto-record per account. Recordings are saved safely, even if the browser closes in the middle, and attached to the call record.

Unified Call & Chat History

Calls and messages sit on the same timeline. A dedicated Calls list lets you filter inbound, outbound, missed, and recorded calls in seconds.

Business Hours Control

Choose the hours and timezone when calling is allowed. Calls that come in outside those hours are handled for you, so nobody is left waiting.

Out-of-Hours Auto-Reply

After-hours callers get an automatic WhatsApp message with your hours, and the missed call is still logged so your team can call back.

Customer Call Permission

WhatsApp asks customers to allow business calls. Send a permission request, and track who allowed, denied, or has a temporary or permanent allow. The call button turns on only when permission is granted.

Contact Auto-Detection

A new caller is saved as a contact, with the phone number, country, and language picked up from the number, so records stay clean and ready.
