WhatsApp Calls Integration lets your team make and receive WhatsApp
voice calls right inside Odoo Discuss. It runs on top of the WhatsApp Integration app and uses
the same WhatsApp Business number your team already chats on, so there is no extra phone line and
no new tool to learn.
When a customer calls, the call rings every agent you choose at the same time, and the first
person to answer takes it. You can also call a customer back with one click straight from their
chat. Calls can be recorded automatically and played back later, and every call is saved with the
contact, direction, duration, and result next to your message history.
Set the hours when calling is allowed, send a friendly auto-reply when someone calls after hours,
and stay within WhatsApp rules with built-in customer call permission. It is a simple way to turn
WhatsApp into a complete voice channel for your support, sales, and service teams.
