Module for Odoo that enables direct integration with the electronic invoicing web service of The Factory HKA Panama. Allows configuring tokens per company and sending electronic invoices from account.move.
Why is this integration needed?
This integration is needed to legally and efficiently issue electronic invoices in Panama directly from Odoo using a certified provider - The Factory HKA.
In Panama, electronic invoicing (Factura Electrónica) is regulated by the Dirección General de Ingresos (DGI). Businesses are required to issue invoices electronically using authorized service providers like The Factory HKA.
Purpose of the Integration

The Panamanian government mandates that certain businesses issue and report invoices electronically to ensure tax compliance. - Real-Time Validation
The integration allows your Odoo system to send invoices directly to The Factory HKA’s API, which:- Validates the invoice.
- Assigns a unique electronic code (CUFE).
- Returns an authorized XML/PDF version.
- Automation
It automates:- Invoice generation.
- Authorization tracking.
- Response management (success, error, CUFE, QR, etc.)
- Centralized Operations in Odoo
Users don’t need to manually log into The Factory portal. Everything (sending, receiving responses, storing authorization) happens inside Odoo.
