Parents manages guardian master records and links them to their children, giving the institution a clear view of family relationships and giving families secure, scoped portal access to their children's records. Each parent keeps a synchronized Odoo contact so communication data stays accurate and deduplicated across the suite.
From one guardian profile you capture relationship type, occupation, qualification and full contact details, link one or more students, flag the primary guardian, and optionally grant a portal user — all with chatter and activities for follow-ups on family records.
