A simple, dependable gate register
The Visitors module keeps a reliable record of everyone who enters and leaves the school premises. Front-desk staff log each visitor on arrival, capture their name, phone, purpose and the host they are here to meet, and check them out on departure — maintaining a clear, auditable security trail at the gate.
Check-in time is stamped automatically on creation, and a single Check Out action records the exit. The module is multi-company aware so each company's visitor logs stay isolated, and it is country-neutral with no extra configuration required out of the box.
