Activate Agriculture Management
Activate the "Agriculture Management" module.
Assign Agriculture User Role
In the Settings module, under the User form, assign the appropriate role to the user based on their role in the "Agriculture Access" field within the "Agriculture" section.
Configure Crop Phases
In the "Agriculture" module, click on the "Configurations" menu, then click on the "Crop Phases" submenu, and create a new "Crop Phases" record.
Configure Cropping Types
Click on the "Cropping Types" submenu and then create a new "Cropping Types" record.
Configure Cropping Type Tasks
Click on the "Cropping Type Tasks" submenu and then create a new "Cropping Type Tasks" record.
Create Agronomists
Click on the "Agronomists" submenu and then create a new "Agronomists" record.
Create Field Managers
Click on the "Field Managers" submenu and then create a new "Field Managers" record.
Configure Agriculture Vehicles
Click on the "Vehicles" submenu and then create a new "Configure Agri Vehicles" record.
Create Animals

Create Instruction Types
Click on the "Instruction Types" submenu and then create a new "Instruction Types" record.
Create Farm Record
Click on the "Lands/Farm" menu, then click on the "Farms" submenu, and create a new farm record.
Create Agriculture Farmer
Click on the "Farmers" submenu and then create a new "Configure Agri Farmers" record.
Create Farm Types
Click on the "Farm Types" submenu and then create a new "Farm Types" record.
Create Agriculture Crop
In the "Crops" menu, click on the "Agriculture Crops" submenu, then create a "Crops" record.
Create Crop Healthy Manures
Click on the "Crop Healthy Manures" submenu, then create a new "Crop Healthy Manures" record.
Create Seeds
Click on the "Seeds" submenu, then create a "Seeds" record.
Create Pesticide
Click on the "Pesticide" submenu, then create a "Pesticide" record.
Create Fertilisers
Click on the "Fertilisers" submenu, then create "Fertiliser" records.
Configure Agriculture Product
Click on the "Products" menu and create a new product. Then, open the "Agriculture" tab, turn on the "Is Agri" toggle, select the product type, and click "Save".
Create Disease Cure Record
Click on the "Crop Diseases" menu, then click on the "Diseases Type" submenu and create a "Cures of Diseases" record.
Create Incident Type
Click on the "Crop Incidents" menu, then click on the "Incident Types" submenu and create an "Incident Type" record.
Create Season
Click on the "Seasons" submenu and create a new Season record.
Start Season
Open the Season record and enter the Financial Year, Farm, Farmer, Crop, Season Period, Agronomist, and Field Manager details. Click Save, and then click the "Start Season" button.
Add Seasonal Crops
The season status has changed to "Season in Progress". Now, click on the "Add Seasonal Crops" link.
Seasonal Crop Wizard
Click the "Add Seasonal Crop" link button to open the wizard. Enter the Area, Expected End Date, Crop, and Start Date details. Then, add the required items in the relevant tabs based on the resources used, and click the "Save & Close" button.
Crop Timeline
This is the crop timeline. Once a stage is completed, click the "Next Stage" button to move to the next stage.
Start Soil Preparation
In the crop timeline, the "Purchase of Crop Inputs" stage has been completed. When the "Soil Preparation" stage starts, click the "Soil Preparation" button.
Add Soil Preparation Expenses
After the "Soil Preparation" stage is completed, add the related expenses. To do this, click on the Seasonal Crop section to open the wizard.
Add Fertiliser Line
In the "Seasonal Crops" wizard, go to the "Fertilisers" tab. After adding a fertiliser record, click the "Check" button.
Create Purchase Order
If this product is not available in inventory, the "PO" option will be displayed. Click the "PO" button.
View Season Purchase Orders
Once the Purchase Order is created, it will be displayed in the "Purchase Orders" smart button on the Season record. Click the "Purchase Orders" smart button to view the purchase order.
Confirm Purchase Order
Then, click the "Confirm Order" button.
Receive Purchase Order
Click the "Receive" button.
Validate Receipt
Click the "Validate" button.
Apply Fertiliser
Once the fertiliser becomes available, the "Apply" button will be displayed. Click the "Apply" button.
Create Vendor Bill
The fertiliser has been successfully applied. Similarly, add the Pesticides, Seeds, Equipment, Farm Vehicle, and Miscellaneous expenses. After adding all the expenses, click "Create Vendor Bill".
Open Season Bills
The created Vendor Bill will be displayed under the "Season Bills" smart button in the "Agriculture Seasons" record. Click the "Season Bills" smart button.
Confirm Vendor Bill
Then, click the "Confirm" button.
Pay Vendor Bill
Click the "Pay" button.
Create Payment
Click the "Create Payment" button.
Vendor Bill Paid
The Vendor Bill has been successfully paid.
Review Season Expenses
After the Vendor Bill is created, the expenses are also displayed in the Seasonal Crops section. Additionally, the expenses are reflected in the "Income & Profit" and "Total Expenses" sections below.
Update Crop Production Inventory
In the "Crop Production" tab, click the "Add a Line" button. The wizard will open. Enter all the required information, and then click the "Update Inventory" button. The produced crop will be added to the inventory.
Save Crop Production
The product has been successfully added to the inventory. Verify that the inventory reference details are generated correctly, and then click the "Save & Close" button to save the Crop Production record.
End Season and Create Sale Order
After completing the Crop Production process and updating the inventory, click the "End Season" button and then click the "Create Sale Order" button. Create the Sales Order and generate the corresponding Invoice. Once the invoice is confirmed and paid, the sales amount will be reflected in the Total Income and Income & Profit sections of the Agriculture Season.
Create Sale Order Wizard
In the Create Sale Order wizard, select the Customer and add the required Crop, Quantity, and Unit Price details. After verifying the information, click the "Confirm" button to create the Sales Order.
Confirm Sales Order
Review the Sales Order details, including the Customer, Product, Quantity, Unit Price, Taxes, and Total Amount. After verifying that all information is correct, click the "Confirm" button to confirm the Sales Order.
Invoice Paid
The customer invoice has been created successfully and the payment has also been completed. The invoice status is Posted, the payment status is Paid, and the full invoice amount has been received successfully.
Season Profit Summary
The Winter Growing Season 2025 has been completed successfully. Based on the crop production, expenses, sales, invoicing, and payment records, the season generated an Actual Profit of 1,608,000.00.
Agriculture Dashboard Light Mode
This is the Agriculture Dashboard, and it is currently displayed in Light Mode. The dashboard provides a complete overview of farm operations, including active seasons, income, profit/loss, crop production, expenses, inventory, and field activities.
Agriculture Dashboard Dark Mode
This is the Agriculture Dashboard in Dark Mode.
