Odoo Facebook Leads Integration
The Facebook–Odoo CRM Integration App is a powerful solution designed to seamlessly
connect your
Facebook Lead Ads with Odoo CRM. This integration automates the process of fetching leads generated from
Facebook
forms and storing them directly into Odoo, ensuring that no potential customer is missed.
The app allows you to manage multiple Facebook Instances efficiently. Each instance can
fetch
its associated Pages and the corresponding Lead Forms. Once the
connection is established,
you can easily map Facebook form fields with Odoo’s CRM Lead fields to
ensure accurate data transfer.
When leads are submitted on Facebook, the system automatically retrieves and creates them in Odoo’s CRM
module with
all essential details such as name, email, phone number, and custom fields. You can choose between
manual or scheduled synchronization, depending on your workflow needs.
With real-time updates, field mapping flexibility, and error logging, this integration eliminates manual
data entry,
reduces human error, and gives your sales team instant access to high-quality leads—helping them convert
faster and
work smarter within Odoo.

Setup
Facebook Setup
Open Facebook for Developers, and then click on “My Apps”.
Select Your Facebook App
Generate and Test Facebook Graph API using “Graph API Explorer”:
Click on the "Generate Access Token" button
Enter your password, and then click on the "Continue" button
Click on the "Edit previous settings" text link.
Click on the "Continue" button.
Click on the "Save" button.
Click on the "Got it" button.
Copy the "Generated Access Token".
Click on "Tools", and then select the "Access Token Debugger" option.
Copy the "Generated Access Token", paste it into the "Access Token" field, and then click on the "Debug" button.
Click on the "Extend Access Token" button.
Copy the "Access Token".
Activate the "Odoo Facebook Integration" module.
Copy the "Access Token" and paste it into the "Access Token" field.
Enter the "User ID" and "Access Token", and then click on the "Sync Facebook Page" button.
The Facebook Page has been successfully synced in Odoo.
Click on the "Odoo Facebook Pages" menu, open any Facebook Page, and then click on the "Sync Facebook Form" button.
All Facebook forms have been successfully synced in Odoo.
Click on "Import Fields".
When the "Import Fields" button is clicked, the field mapping is automatically added. Then, click on the "Fetch Lead" button.
All Facebook leads have been synced in Odoo.
