With intelligent line aggregation, the module can automatically combine identical products from different pickings into a single line on the consolidated shipment. It includes built-in safety checks to ensure that only compatible pickings (same partner, same operation type, and same state) are merged, preventing data inconsistencies while maintaining full traceability through automatic chatter logs and origin references.

Activate the Module
Install the **Merge Delivery & Incoming Pickings** module from the Odoo Apps menu to start consolidating your operations.
Prepare First Operation
Create or identify the first delivery order or incoming shipment for a specific partner.
Identify Duplicate Operations
Create a second operation for the same partner that you wish to consolidate into a single shipment.
Select Records to Merge
Select multiple records from the list view and choose **"Merge Pickings"** from the Action menu.
Configure the Merge Wizard
Review the selected pickings in the wizard. You can enable **"Product Aggregation"** to combine identical product lines.
Unified Picking Creation
A new unified picking is automatically created containing all move lines from the original documents.
Automatic Legacy Cancellation
All original picking records are automatically cancelled to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent duplicate deliveries.
'Done' State Restriction
The system prevents merging pickings that are already in the 'Done' or 'Cancelled' states to ensure data integrity.
Partner Consistency Validation
Smart check ensures that all selected pickings belong to the same partner before allowing consolidation.
Minimum Selection Check
A validation error is raised if you attempt to launch the merge process with only one record selected.
State Consistency Check
The wizard validates that all selected records are in the same state (e.g. all 'Ready' or all 'Waiting') for a safe merge.
Operation Type Match
Consolidation is restricted to matching operation types (e.g., merging only Delivery Orders with other Delivery Orders).
