Odoo Google Sheets Integration
The Odoo Google Sheet Integration app allows seamless two-way
synchronization between Odoo and Google
Sheets. You can easily transfer data from Odoo to Google Sheets for real-time reporting, analysis, or
collaboration, and push updates from Google Sheets back into Odoo without manual effort. With support
for selecting multiple Odoo models, you can manage different business data sets in one place while
ensuring accuracy and consistency across both platforms.
To make data management even more flexible, the app includes both auto-refresh and
manual refresh
options. You can schedule automatic data synchronization at specific intervals to keep your sheets
updated, or trigger an instant sync whenever needed. Whether for sales reports, inventory updates, or
CRM insights, this integration streamlines your workflow by reducing repetitive tasks and enabling
smarter decision-making with live Odoo data inside Google Sheets.

Setup
Activate the 'Odoo Google Sheets Integration' module.
In the 'Sheet Connectors' menu, create a 'Google Connector' and then click the 'Generate Token' button.
Click the 'Generate App Script' button, and then download the 'App Script'.
Copy the 'App Script'.
In Google Sheets, click on 'Extensions' and then select 'Apps Script' from the submenu.
Copy the 'App Script' and paste it into 'Apps Script' in Google Sheets.
Go to Google Sheets and refresh the page so that the 'Odoo Integration (echobitz)' menu appears in Google Sheets.
Click on the 'Odoo Integration (echoBitz)' menu, and then click on the 'Set URL and Token' submenu.
Click on the 'OK' button.
Click on your Google account.
Click on the 'Advanced' option, and then click on 'Go to Untitled Project'.
Select the 'Select All' checkbox, and then click on the 'Continue' button.
Odoo configuration setup completed successfully.
Click on the 'Odoo Integration (echoBitz)' menu, and then click on 'Setup Auto Refresh (OTS)'.
Select the module name, set the scheduler time, and then click on 'Setup Auto Refresh'.
Create a company in Odoo.
Create a company in Odoo, then go to Google Sheets and click on the 'Fetch Data from Odoo' submenu.
Select the model, and then click on the 'Fetch Data' button.
The company record created in Odoo has been successfully synced to Google Sheets.
Add contact details in Google Sheets.
Add contact details in Google Sheets, and then click on the 'Send Data to Odoo' submenu.
Select the sheet name, then select the target model, and finally click on the 'Send Data' button.
Add contact data in Google Sheets, then sync it with Odoo. The contact will be created in Odoo with all the data from Google Sheets.
