Odoo Google Integration
The Odoo Google Integration provides a seamless and automated bridge between Odoo and
Google Services, ensuring smooth data flow across users, contacts, and tasks. The Users
module enables
one-way synchronization from Google to Odoo, keeping user profiles up to date without
manual
intervention. It intelligently fetches and updates Google account information directly into Odoo,
ensuring consistency and accuracy across your system.
The Contacts and Tasks modules offer full two-way synchronization, allowing changes
made in either
Odoo or Google to stay perfectly aligned. Contact synchronization also includes Google profile
photo
syncing, ensuring that images remain consistent across platforms. With reliable background
syncing,
smart conflict handling, and real-time updates, this integration provides a complete and efficient
solution for managing your Google data inside Odoo.

Setup
Activate the 'Odoo Google Integration' module.
Click the APIs & Services menu, then click the Enabled APIs & Services button.
Enable the People API and Google Tasks API.
Click the APIs & Services menu, then click the "Credentials" button.
Open the Odoo-OAuth 2.0 Client IDs record.
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret, then paste them into the Client ID and Client Secret Value fields in Odoo.
Copy the URL 1.
Copy URL 1 and paste it into the Redirect URL field.
Click the Open Authorization URL button.
Select your Google account.
Click the Continue button.
Click the Continue button.
Click the Continue button.
Copy the code.
Paste the copied code into the Authorization Code field in Odoo.
Click the Generate Access Token button.
Click the Test Google API Connection button, and the connection will be successfully verified.
Click the Sync Google to Odoo button. The Google Contacts users will be successfully synced into Odoo.
1.If the Activate Scheduler is turned on, Odoo contacts will automatically sync to Google, and Google records will automatically sync to Odoo.| 2. Records created after the Last Sync Datetime will appear here.
Create a contact in Odoo, then click the Sync to Google button.
The Odoo contact is synced to the Google Contacts module.
Create a contact in Google Contacts and sync it to Odoo.
The Google contact is successfully synced to Odoo.
Create a task in Odoo and sync it to Google Tasks.
The Odoo task is successfully synced to Google Tasks.
Create a task in Google Tasks and sync it to Odoo.
The Google task is successfully synced to Odoo.
