Create a Mailchimp Developer account
Go to https://mailchimp.com/developer/
Click Sign Up (or Sign In if you already have an Intuit account).
Click on "API Keys"
Click on "Create A Key"
Click on "Copy To Clipboard"
Enter the Mailchimp API key in the 'Mailchimp API Key' field.
Copy Mailchimp URL.
Enter the Mailchimp URL in the 'Mailchimp URL' field. Replace the word 'admin' in the URL with 'api', append '/3.0/' at the end, and click the 'Mailchimp Test API Connection' button.
In Odoo, go to the "Audience List" tab Under the "Mailchimp Instance" view and click the "Sync Mailchimp to odoo" Button.
MailChimp audience successfully synced in odoo.
Activate "Activate Scheduler" on both sides.
The scheduler runs at the selected time, syncing Mailchimp records to Odoo and Odoo records to Mailchimp.
In the Odoo "MailChimp Instance" View, under the 'Campaigns' tab, click the "Sync Mailchimp to Odoo" Button.
