Do I need to pay for Google API usage?
Google provides a generous free tier of $200 per month for Maps APIs. For most small to mid-sized sales teams, the usage falls entirely within this free tier.
How accurate is the duplicate detection?
Very accurate. We check for exact matches against Phone numbers, Website URLs, and the unique Google Place ID across all `res.partner` and `crm.lead` records.
How does the Lead Probability work?
It evaluates 5 parameters: Google Rating, Review Count, Contactability (Phone/Web presence), Operational Status, and listing completeness to calculate a 0-100% win likelihood.
Does it work across multiple countries?
Yes, the Google Places API is global. As long as the business is registered on Google Maps, you can find it anywhere in the world.
