Setup
Activate the 'Odoo WhatsApp Invoice In Discuss' module.
Configure WhatsApp Invoice provider by adding Meta Cloud API credentials and complete setup using the guide below.
Create WhatsApp message templates for Invoices using dynamic placeholders for automatic data.
Click "Send Invoice by WhatsApp", review auto-filled details, and click "Send Message" to share the Invoice with the customer on WhatsApp.
The Invoice is sent to the customer via WhatsApp with a PDF attachment. The customer can reply directly, and the conversation is synced back to the system for easy tracking.
Create a customer-wise channel to manage all Invoice conversations. Chat from Discuss, and messages will reflect in the Invoice.
Conversation done from Discuss is automatically visible in the related Invoice for easy tracking.
