1) Settings View
Tick the checkbox âEnable Auto Create Manufacturing Orderâ and two fields will appear. Set the minimum quantity of the product (the threshold at which the onâhand quantity triggers replenishment) and set product quantity to order (this value will be automatically applied to the newly created manufacturing order).
2) Schedule Action View
This scheduler runs once daily to check if product on-hand quantity is less than quantity minimum quantity and automatic create manufacturing order
3) Product View
In the product form, the onâhand quantity and the assigned manufacturing route will be visible, allowing users to easily notice stock levels and confirm that the product is configured for automatic manufacturing order creation.
4) Manufacturing Order Form View
Here, the user can see that the manufacturing order has been automatically created by the system whenever the productâs onâhand quantity falls below the defined minimum threshold.
