Access Restriction in Delivery Order
The Access Restriction in Delivery Order module enhances control and confidentiality within Odooâs inventory operations by allowing managers to restrict visibility of specific delivery orders.
Features
Role-Based Delivery Order Visibility
This feature enables administrators to assign special âDO Restriction Managerâ rights to selected users. Only users with these permissions can view restricted delivery orders, while others are automatically prevented from accessing them.
Restriction Toggle on Delivery Orders
A simple boolean option is added to delivery orders, allowing managers to mark specific orders as restricted. Once enabled, the selected orders become invisible to users who do not have the required access rights.

1.) User Access Configuration
User profiles include an option to assign delivery order restriction management rights. This allows administrators to define who can access restricted delivery orders, ensuring that permissions are aligned with organizational roles and responsibilities.
2.) Delivery Order Restriction in Transfer View
Within the delivery order or transfer interface, a restriction option can be enabled for specific records. Once activated, these orders become visible only to authorized users, while others no longer see them in their workflow.
