1.) Disable Action Button Access for a User
Navigate to the user settings and disable the Show Action Button permission. Once disabled, the selected user will no longer be able to view or use the Action menu options throughout the application.

2.) Action Menu Hidden from the List View
When the Show Action Button permission is disabled for a user, the Action dropdown is automatically removed. The user can still process standard operations like Pay, Send, and Download, but extended record actions are restricted.
3.) Enable Action Button Access for a User
Enable the Show Action Button checkbox in the user settings to allow extended record operations. Once enabled, the Action menu becomes available, granting the user access to additional dropdown commands.

4.) Action Menu Available for Selected Records
With the Show Action Button permission active, selecting records reveals the Action menu dropdown. Users can now efficiently execute commands like Duplicate, Delete, Reverse, and Confirm Entries for the chosen items.
