POS Internal Stock Transfer lets you move products between warehouse locations directly from the Point of Sale screen. No need to leave the POS or open the Inventory app create internal transfers instantly using the items already in your POS order. With a simple popup, the cashier selects the source location, destination location, and transfer status.

Create Internal Transfers Directly from POS
This feature allows users to generate internal stock transfers without leaving the Point of Sale screen. Products added to the current POS order are automatically included in the transfer, eliminating the need to re-enter data manually.
Flexible Location and Transfer Control
Users can easily select the operation type, source location, destination location, and transfer state through a simple popup interface. This flexibility allows businesses to move stock between warehouses, stores, or internal locations based on operational needs. The transfer can be saved as draft or validated immediately, giving full control over inventory processes.

1.) Enable Internal Transfer from POS
Activate the internal stock transfer feature directly from the Settings panel in Odoo. When this option is enabled, users can create internal stock movements from the POS interface without switching to the Inventory module.
2.) POS Action Menu - Internal Transfer Option
Provides quick access to initiate an internal stock transfer from the POS interface. Users can trigger a transfer directly from the order actions, ensuring smooth workflow without interrupting sales operations.
3.) Internal Transfer Form - Transfer Details
Simple form to define operation type, source location, destination location, and status. The transfer is created based on the current POS order items, ensuring accurate product quantities and locations.
4.) Transfer Confirmation Notification
Instant confirmation message after creating a transfer from POS. Provides clear feedback that the stock movement has been successfully recorded in the inventory system.
5.) Inventory Transfer Record - Draft Stage
Shows the generated internal transfer document with product details, quantities, and locations before validation. Users can review and verify stock movement information prior to completion.
6.) Internal Transfer Form - State Set from POS (Done)
Transfer details defined directly from the POS interface with the status set to Done. The form includes operation type, source location, destination location, and transfer state selected during POS processing.
7.) Inventory Transfer Record - Completed Transfer Overview
Displays the finalized internal transfer record in the Inventory module after processing from POS. The record shows moved products, confirmed quantities, and source and destination locations, ensuring full traceability of stock movements created through POS operations.
