POS Quick Note Configuration
The POS Quick Note option is enabled from the system settings, making the feature available across all Point of Sale sessions. This centralized control ensures consistent behavior for all users while keeping the setup process minimal and straightforward.
Quick Note Entry Popup
A clean and focused popup provides a simple text field for entering the note. The distraction-free design encourages quick input while ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Printed Receipt with Customer Note
The final receipt includes the entered note at the bottom, clearly visible for customers and staff. This reinforces special instructions such as gift handling or custom requests and ensures that important messages are not overlooked after payment completion.
