What it does today — and what's on the roadmap
This is a focused, back-office hire platform — deepest on asset lifecycle, inspection, deposits, late fees and profitability. It is not (yet) a full enterprise fleet suite. Deliberately on the roadmap, not pretended: delivery routing & GPS despatch, telematics / IoT & meter billing, standby / idle-rate billing for operated equipment, utilisation forecasting, and self-service website booking.

Why should I choose this over another Odoo rental app?
Most apps manage the booking. This one manages the asset — deposits, condition, damage, late fees and per-unit profitability, the parts of hire that actually decide margin.
Why not just use native Rental?
Native Rental schedules and invoices, but has no real deposit ledger, no inspection/damage workflow, no policy-based late fees and no per-asset P&L. See the comparison above.
Does it work on Odoo 19 — and Community?
Yes. Separate builds for 17.0, 18.0 and 19.0, on Community and Enterprise. No Enterprise-only apps required.
What does the AI need?
Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, or use managed credits — 20 free assessments to start. Your key is stored in your own database and used only to run your assessments.
