How to Use

Setup

  1. Install the module from Apps
  2. Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users
  3. Select a user who should have access
  4. In Access Rights tab, enable "Login as Another User" group
  5. Save the user

Quick Login (Single Click)

  1. Go to Settings → Login as Another User
  2. A wizard opens showing all active users
  3. Find the user you want to login as
  4. Click the "Login" button next to their name
  5. You are instantly logged in as that user

Share Login Link

  1. Go to Settings → Login as Another User
  2. Find the user in the list
  3. Copy the Login URL from the URL column
  4. Share the link via email, chat, or any method
  5. Recipient can click the link to login (valid for 5 minutes)
  6. Click "Refresh Link" to generate a new link if needed

How long are login links valid?

Login links are valid for exactly 5 minutes from generation. After 5 minutes, the link expires and cannot be used. Generate a new link if needed.

Who can use this module?

Only users who have been assigned the "Login as Another User" security group can access this functionality. Assign this group only to trusted administrators.
