Features Presupuesto por capítulos — a hierarchical budget broken into chapters (capítulos) and measured units of work (partidas) with measured quantity (medición), unit price (precio unitario) and budgeted amount. Certificación a origen / abono a origen — each monthly certification records the cumulative executed quantity to date (a origen). The amount to pay this period (abono) is the cumulative certified amount minus everything already certified in prior certifications. Retención de garantía — a configurable guarantee retention percentage is withheld on every certification and tracked as an outstanding balance to be released at the end of the works. Revisión de precios / baja de adjudicación — an award discount (baja) and a price-revision coefficient adjust the certified amounts. Certification worksheet — each certification produces a structured worksheet (origen, anterior, abono, retención, líquido) ready to print or export; the customer issues the actual invoice from their own system.
