Características principales
Anotación del libro de subcontratación
Anotación del libro de subcontratación. Gestiona referencia, obra, subcontratado por (anotación superior), empresa que subcontrata, empresa subcontratista.
Empresa interviniente
Empresa interviniente. Gestiona razón social, tercero relacionado, NIF/CIF, trabajador autónomo, nº REA. Con un clic ver participaciones.
Documento de empresa
Documento de empresa. Gestiona referencia/nº, fecha de emisión, fecha de caducidad, adjunto, nombre del adjunto.
Obra / centro de trabajo
Obra / centro de trabajo. Gestiona denominación de la obra, código, emplazamiento, municipio, promotor. Con un clic abrir, cerrar, restablecer a borrador, ver anotaciones.
Trabajador en obra
Trabajador en obra. Gestiona nombre y apellidos, DNI/NIE, anotación, empresa, categoría/puesto.
Exportación del libro de subcontratación
Exportación del libro de subcontratación. Gestiona obra, solo empresas con REA no vigente, fichero, anotaciones, nivel máximo. Con un clic exportar.

Por qué elegir este módulo
Funcionalidades: obras (centros de trabajo) con su promotor, contratista principal y la apertura del libro de subcontratación habilitado por la autoridad laboral. Empresas intervinientes con su inscripción en el REA (Registro de Empresas Acreditadas): número, comunidad autónoma, fecha y vencimiento. Cadena de subcontratación por niveles: contratista (nivel 0) → 1º → 2º → 3º subcontratista, validando el límite legal de tres niveles (art. 5) y la regla del subcontratista cuya organización aporta esencialmente mano de obra. Anotaciones del libro: subcontratación de cada parte de obra, trabajador o autónomo, fechas y representante de los trabajadores informado. Validaciones automáticas: nivel máximo, REA vigente de cada empresa, ampliación excepcional motivada y registro de incidencias. Exportación del libro de subcontratación a CSV para su conservación y presentación ante la Inspección de Trabajo por la propia empresa.
