Professional construction budgeting (*presupuesto de obra*) following the Spanish/FIEBDC structure: a tree of capítulos and partidas, each partida priced as a precio descompuesto (mano de obra + materiales + maquinaria + medios auxiliares), mediciones (measurement lines) that drive the quantity, and a margen per partida so the PEM, PEC and budget with overheads are computed automatically.

Why Choose This Module
What it does Estructura jerárquica — capítulos and sub-capítulos with partidas; the budget total rolls up the tree. Precios descompuestos — each partida decomposes into labour, material, machinery and auxiliary lines; the unit cost is the sum of components. Banco de precios — a reusable price bank of unit concepts (codes, units, prices) you can pull into any partida. Mediciones — measurement detail lines (uds × largo × ancho × alto) that total the quantity of each partida. Importación BC3 / FIEBDC-3 — read a `.bc3` exchange file (the standard Spanish price-bank/budget interchange format) and load its concepts, decompositions and tree. Márgenes y PEM/PEC — gastos generales (%), beneficio industrial (%) and a per-partida margin produce the Presupuesto de Ejecución Material and the Presupuesto de Ejecución por Contrata.
