01 Go to the Apps menu and install the Event Dashboard module to access the Event Dashboard.
02 After installing the module, go to the home screen and click on Event Menu to view the dashboard.
03 Click on Event Dashboard to view event analytics and performance metrics.
04 Dashboard includes Registration Analytics Cards that provide a quick overview of key event metrics. These cards display the Total Registrations, Paid Registrations, Unpaid Registrations, Cancelled Registrations, Total Revenue generated from registrations, and the Attendee Check-in Rate. This information helps event managers monitor registration activity, revenue performance, and attendee engagement in real time.
05 All analytics cards are interactive and clickable. Clicking on a card opens the corresponding registration records in a list view. For example, selecting the Total Registrations card displays all registration records, while other cards show only the records associated with their respective metrics.
06 The dashboard includes a Monthly Revenue Bar Chart that shows revenue generated from event registrations on a monthly basis. It also features an Attendee Status chart that displays the number of checked-in attendees and no-shows, helping users monitor attendance performance.
07 Seat Availability section shows the registration capacity for each event, including occupied seats, available seats, and the total registration limit, helping users easily monitor event occupancy and remaining availability.
08 Open the event and configure the Registration Limit. The configured limit will be reflected in the dashboard's Seat Availability section, showing occupied and available seats for the event.
09 The dashboard includes a Ticket-wise Sales section that provides a detailed breakdown of registrations and revenue by ticket type. It displays the number of registrations received for each ticket and the revenue generated from those registrations, helping event managers identify the most popular ticket categories and evaluate their sales performance.
10 Source-wise Sales section displays the number of registrations generated from each source, such as Website, Search Engine, Facebook, and other marketing channels. This helps users identify which sources are driving the most event registrations.
11 Today's Events section displays all events scheduled for the current day. It provides a quick overview of each event, including the event date and time, registration count, check-in count, available seats, and revenue generated, helping users monitor today's event activities at a glance.
12 Upcoming Events section displays all upcoming events along with their start date, registrations, checked-in attendees, available seats, revenue, and event stage, helping users monitor and manage future events efficiently.
13 The dashboard provides From Date and To Date filters that allow users to analyze event data within a specific date range. When a date range is selected, all dashboard metrics, charts, and reports are automatically updated to display information only for events that fall within the selected period.
14 The dashboard also provides an Event Filter that allows users to view analytics for a specific event. By selecting an event from the filter, all dashboard metrics, charts, and reports are automatically updated to display data related only to the selected event.
