Navigate to Sales and create a new Sales Order.
Add products and confirm the Sales Order. Once confirmed, "Create Purchase Order" button will be displayed.
Click the "Create Purchase Order" button from the Sales Order. In the wizard, choose the vendor and choose order selection, RFQ or the purchase order, if you choose the purchase order then it will automatically confirm the purchase order.
After clicking the Create Purchase Order in the wizard, The newly created purchase order is opened, and it includes a Source Sale Order field to reference the corresponding sale order.
A Smart button is available in the Quotation/Sale Order form view to show the count of purchase orders associated with the current sale order, and clicking the button opens the related purchase orders.
The Toggle button can be enabled or disabled to determine whether the products should be included in the RFQ/Purchase Order creation process.
Products with the toggle button enabled will be included in the RFQ/Purchase Order creation wizard. If no products are enabled, all products will be added to the wizard by default.
Only the products with the toggle button enabled will be added to the purchase order.
Enable or disable the Sale Order to Purchase Order checkbox from Sales > Configuration > Settings to activate the module.
