Project Dashboard is a custom Odoo 19 module built by Ebitda Solutions that provides a comprehensive real-time view of all your projects, tasks, employees, and timesheets in one place. It features interactive KPI cards, charts for project-wise employee distribution, employee-wise task breakdown, task status, delayed projects, task priority, and timesheet comparison — along with a full Gantt chart workload view. Filter by employee, period, or custom date range with a single click.

Visualize every employee's task timeline grouped by project. See task durations, deadlines, and workload distribution across the team in a clean Gantt layout.

Compare allocated hours vs actual hours logged per employee and task. Color-coded difference badges instantly highlight over- and under-utilization.

Main Dashboard — KPI Cards & Charts Overview
The main Project Dashboard view shows 6 real-time KPI cards at the top: Total Projects, Active Tasks, Delayed Tasks, Unassigned Tasks, Top Performer, and Done Tasks. Below are three interactive charts — Project wise Employee (bar), Employee wise Task (polar), and Task Status (donut). All data updates instantly when filters are changed.

Gantt Chart — Employee & Task Workload Timeline
The Gantt Chart section provides a full workload timeline grouped by project and employee. Each task bar shows its duration in days with color coding per task. Projects like Mobile App Development, Data Analytics, ERP Implementation, HR Automation, and Website Redesign are all visible with their tasks laid out across the calendar timeline.

Delayed Tasks, Unassigned Tasks & Timesheet Details
Detailed data tables below the charts show Delayed Tasks with days late highlighted in red, Unassigned Tasks grouped by project and stage, Delayed Projects with task counts, and a full Timesheet Details table comparing allocated vs actual hours per employee — with color-coded difference badges (+green / -red).

Task Status Details — Employee, Task & Status Badges
The Task Status Details table lists every task with its assigned employee and current status — In Progress (blue badge), To Do (plain), or Done (green badge). This gives managers a quick snapshot of the full team's task progress without leaving the dashboard.
