Account Expense
The Account Expense Odoo Module allows businesses to efficiently manage and track all expenses within invoicing. Users can import expense data via file uploads, attach multiple documents to each record, and handle approvals with confirmation popups. The module also automates accounting entries upon expense confirmation and supports seamless operation across multiple companies.
Create an expense and click the 'Import Expense Line' button.
The wizard will open to allow you to upload attachments.
Click the 'Import' button to upload the file.
View the uploaded data file before processing.
No journal entry will be created upon confirming the expense.
A journal entry will be automatically generated when the expense is posted.
View the journal entry created for the posted expense.
See the detailed journal items created for each transaction.
