ODOO'S FUNCTION

Odoo's standard purchase orders lacks specialized fields for accounting requirements, including Delivery Fee, Fapiao Unit Price, Fapiao Subtotal, and Fapiao Subtotal (VAT included)


CLUEDOO'S FUNCTION

In Cluedoo, there are additional fields in PO like Delivery Fee, Fapiao Unit Price, Fapiao Subtotal, and Fapiao Subtotal VAT included, which are inherited in the Vendor Bill



1. Go to Settings > Users & Companies

Choose the user you want to allow access right

In Extra Rights , find and tick:

  • Manage Delivery Fee for Invoice
  • Manage Delivery Fee for Purchase
  • Manage Manual Delivery Fee

Then Save

2. When we create a purchase order, we have additional field to put the delivery fee then it will be added to Fapiao Unit Price, Fapiao Subtotal, and Fapiao Subtotal VAT included

3. The delivery and Fapiao also appear in invoice
