This screen allows you to manage all tenants involved in vehicle rentals. You can create, view, and maintain tenant records with essential contact information such as name, phone number, and email address. These tenant profiles are used while creating rental agreements, ensuring accurate customer mapping, easy communication, and smooth rental operations.

This screen displays all vehicle rental records in a structured list view. Each entry shows important rental information such as the rental number, start date, end date, rent duration, and current status (e.g., In Progress). From here, users can easily track ongoing rentals, monitor rental periods, and manage the complete rental lifecycle efficiently.

This screen shows the complete details of a specific vehicle rental record. It includes all essential information such as vehicle details, tenant information, account manager, company, currency, odometer reading, rental charges, deposit amount, maintenance cost, and contract duration.

Users can manage the full rental lifecycle from this form using smart action buttons like Deposit Receive, Set to Draft, Close, and Done. The rental status flow (New → In Progress → Closed) helps track the current stage of the rental. This screen also allows users to monitor deposit status, contract dates, total rent, and communication history through the chatter panel.

This section displays the complete rent schedule for a selected vehicle rental. It automatically generates installment-wise rent entries based on the selected rent type (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Each line shows the due date, rent amount, pending amount, payment status, currency, and related invoice actions.

Users can directly create invoices, open existing invoices, and track whether the rent is paid, pending, or in draft state. This tab helps ensure timely billing, clear financial tracking, and smooth rent collection throughout the rental period.

This screen shows the Rental Invoice generated from a rent schedule, where users can view billing details like customer, amount, date, and status. It allows sending, printing, and validating invoices, and the PAID ribbon confirms successful payment. The activity panel keeps a clear history of all invoice actions for easy tracking.

This screen allows users to record and manage all maintenance activities performed on a rented vehicle, such as oil changes or repairs. It helps track maintenance costs accurately and decide whether these charges should be added to the tenant’s rental, ensuring clear expense management and correct billing.

This screen shows the complete payment history of a rental, including invoice references, journal entries, debit/credit amounts, and currency details. This screen allows users to define and store all legal and business terms related to a vehicle rental, such as usage rules, penalties, responsibilities, and agreement clauses. This screen shows the rental history and active rental details of a tenant, including rental number, start and end dates, rent type, and current status. It helps administrators quickly track which vehicles a user has rented and monitor their ongoing or past rental agreements in one place.

This screen shows the active fleet rental record with complete vehicle and tenant details, rent schedule, payment status, and contract information, along with a printable Fleet Rent report that summarizes vehicle info and monthly rent schedule including paid and pending amounts.
