Verifactu compliance, no SaaS.
Turnkey RRSIF compliance layer for Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise under Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024. Every invoice you post is hash-chained, QR-stamped and submitted to AEAT automatically — no SaaS subscription required.
The problem
Why most Odoo teams pay too much for this.
Spain enforces RRSIF (Reglamento de los Sistemas Informáticos de Facturación) hard from 1 January 2027 for Corporate Income Tax filers, and from 1 July 2027 for everyone else. Every invoice must be hash-chained, QR-stamped and either submitted in real time to AEAT (Verifactu) or archived in a way the inspector can reconstruct on demand.
External SaaS offers — TicketBAI/Verifactu connectors at EUR 50–200 per company per month — push the data out of Odoo and leave you to reconcile a separate chain integrity report at audit time.
The Odoo-native fix
How Verifactu for Odoo 19 works.
This module ships the full RRSIF compliance layer inside Odoo. Every billing record is SHA-256 chained to the previous one. Verifactu submission to AEAT runs on a retry queue with an error inbox you can triage. QR codes and the VERI*FACTU legend are stamped on every invoice PDF, paper print and POS receipt.
A forensic chain-integrity dashboard surfaces breaks the moment they happen. A historical migration wizard pulls in invoices from Holded, Sage 50/200, A3, Contasol, FacturaPlus and Quipu so you arrive at the deadline already chained. An asesoría multi-tenant console handles one Odoo instance with N client companies and N certificates.
What you get
Everything wired in. Nothing to bolt on.
SHA-256 hash chain
Every billing record chained to the previous one as required by RRSIF. The chain is recomputable for inspection.

Verifactu modality submission with retry queue and error inbox. No silent failures.
QR + VERI*FACTU legend
Stamped on every invoice PDF, paper print and POS receipt — exactly where Orden HAC/1177/2024 requires it.
Forensic audit dashboard
Chain-integrity audit detects breaks the moment they occur. One screen, one verdict for the inspector.
Migration wizard
Historical import from Holded, Sage 50/200, A3, Contasol, FacturaPlus and Quipu so you arrive at 2027 already chained.

FAQ
Five questions we hear every week.
Verifactu or non-Verifactu?
The module is built for Verifactu modality — real-time submission to AEAT, with the retry queue and error inbox you need for ops. Non-Verifactu RRSIF compliance is on the roadmap.
Can I migrate from Holded / Sage / A3?
Yes. The migration wizard imports historical invoices from Holded, Sage 50/200, A3, Contasol, FacturaPlus and Quipu so the chain starts at the right point.
What if a chain break happens?
The forensic dashboard flags it immediately and produces the declaración responsable artefact you submit to AEAT, versioned per module release.
Can an asesoría handle multiple clients?
Yes. The multi-tenant console runs one Odoo instance with multiple companies, each with its own AEAT certificate and its own chain.
Will it work on Community?
Yes. Runs on Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise. No Enterprise-only dependencies.
