This module is part of the FlexigoTech Pay Equity Compliance Suite. The whole suite is sold for €490 once through flexigobe_pay_equity_base. When you click "Buy" on this module, Odoo automatically adds flexigobe_pay_equity_base to your cart so you receive the complete suite. You will pay €490 in total — not per module.

Pay transparency before employment
Article 5 requires employers to:
- 5(1) — disclose the initial pay or pay range in the vacancy notice
- 5(2) — NOT ask about salary history
