Compute the 7 mandatory gender pay gap metrics, quartile distribution and per-category gap analysis.

The 7 Article 9 metrics

Article 9(1) of the Directive requires every employer above the country threshold to publish:

  • (a) Gender pay gap (mean) for basic pay
  • (b) Gender pay gap (median) for basic pay
  • (c) Gender pay gap in variable / complementary components
  • (d) Proportion of female workers receiving variable
  • (e) Proportion of male workers receiving variable
  • (f) Distribution of F / M workers across pay quartiles
  • (g) Gender pay gap broken down by worker category — the JPA trigger

EUROSTAT-validated calculation

The calc engine reproduces the official EUROSTAT 2023 Spain benchmark of 8.7% ± 0.5%. The benchmark dataset ships as a regression test, so every release verifies the result still matches.
