Why Choose This Module
Features Legal document templates per type (mentions légales, CGV, CGU, politique de confidentialité, algemene voorwaarden) and per country, with placeholder merge fields (raison sociale, SIREN/SIRET/KBO/KvK, capital, RCS, TVA/BTW, directeur de publication, hébergeur). Mandatory-mention checklist seeded with the statutory items required by FR (art. 6-III LCEN, art. L441-1 / R123-237 Code de commerce), BE (Code de droit économique) and NL (Handelsregisterwet) so missing notices are flagged. Versioned documents: draft -> published -> archived, each publish creating an immutable version snapshot with effective date; superseding keeps history. Rendering engine that merges company data into the template body and computes a content hash so any later edit is detectable. Acceptance log: record that a customer/partner accepted a given version of the CGV (date, version, IP/source), giving proof of opposability. Compliance report wizard listing, per document type, whether a current published version exists and which mandatory mentions are still missing.
