Step 1 : Configure Asana Credentials >>>>>>> 19.0
Configure your OAuth Client ID, Secret Key and Redirect URL to establish a secure connection between Odoo and Asana.
Install the Odoo Asana Integration module from the Apps menu to enable communication between Odoo and your Asana account.
Enter your OAuth Client ID, Client Secret, and Redirect URL obtained from your Asana Developer Console. These credentials are required to authenticate and securely connect Odoo with Asana.
Step 2 : Establish Connection and Import Workspaces & Teams

Install the Odoo Asana Integration module from the Apps menu to enable communication between Odoo and your
Asana account.
Enter your OAuth Client ID, Client Secret, and Redirect URL obtained from your Asana Developer Console.
These credentials are required to authenticate and securely connect Odoo with Asana.
Step 2 : Establish Connection and Import Workspaces & Teams

After configuring your Asana credentials, initiate the authorization process to establish a secure connection between Odoo and Asana. During authentication, you will be redirected to Asana to grant the required permissions for data access.
Click the Connect button to begin the OAuth authentication process and securely link your Asana account with Odoo.
Review and approve the requested permissions in Asana to allow Odoo to access and synchronize data with your selected workspace.
Upon successful authentication, Odoo confirms the connection and becomes ready to import and synchronize Asana Workspaces, Teams, Projects, and Tasks.

Once the connection between Odoo and Asana has been established, you can import your Asana Projects directly into Odoo with a single click. The integration automatically creates corresponding Odoo projects and synchronizes project structures, ensuring a smooth migration of project data.
The Odoo Project module before importing projects from Asana. No synchronized projects are available yet.
Existing projects in Asana that are ready to be imported and synchronized with Odoo.
Navigate to the Asana Configuration page and click the Import button to retrieve projects and related data from Asana.
After the import process is completed, Asana projects are automatically created and displayed within the Odoo Project module.
Project sections (stages) and tasks are imported from Asana and organized within the corresponding Odoo project.

The integration not only imports data from Asana but also enables you to export Odoo project information back to Asana. Users can push projects, stages, and tasks directly from Odoo, ensuring that both platforms remain aligned and up to date.
Before exporting a project to Asana, select the appropriate Asana Workspace and Team on the Odoo project form to define the target location for synchronization.
Modify project stages or task statuses in Odoo and push the changes to synchronize the updated workflow with Asana.
Select one or more projects and use the Push to Asana action to export project data directly from Odoo.
After synchronization, task stages and workflow changes made in Odoo are automatically reflected in Asana.
Projects created exclusively in Odoo can be pushed to Asana, creating the corresponding project structure automatically.
The exported Odoo project is successfully created in Asana and becomes available for collaboration within the selected Workspace and Team.
