Agency & Commission is the sales engine of the Grevlin Property Suite. It keeps your entire deal pipeline — from the moment a unit goes live on a portal to the day commission is invoiced — inside a single Odoo workflow, with no manual data re-entry, no spreadsheets, and no missed appointments.

Publish, update, and withdraw listings on Lamudi Africa and Property24 with a single button. Inbound leads from both portals flow back as crm.lead records linked to the originating listing — no double entry, no missed enquiries.

Schedule viewings on the Odoo calendar with automatic 24-hour reminders to both the prospect and the agent. Conflict detection prevents double-booking the same agent within a configurable buffer window.

Record formal offers with conditions, validity date, and negotiation history. Move offers through Draft → Sent → Negotiating → Accepted/Rejected. Expired offers are caught automatically by the nightly cron.

Commission Engine (3 Methods)

Compute commission as % of annual rent, % of sale price, or a fixed amount. Split automatically between introducing and closing agents at any ratio. Constraint enforces splits always sum to 100%.
