Seamless Portal Experience
This module extends Odoo Portal to include a dedicated section for BPMN diagrams, allowing external users to participate in process design.
Portal List View
Customers can view a list of their shared BPMN diagrams directly from the 'My Account' portal menu.
Portal Rendering
High-quality BPMN rendering in the portal using bpmn-js. Diagrams look exactly as they do in the backend.
Portal Editor
Allow portal users to edit diagrams (optional). Grant permissions to create or modify workflows from the front end.

How to Get Started
- Install BPMN Workflow Portal from your Odoo Apps menu.
- Ensure the user has portal access enabled in Odoo.
- External users log in to the Odoo Portal and navigate to the BPMN Diagrams section.
- Users can view shared diagrams, edit them (if permitted), or create new ones from the portal.
- Changes made in the portal are instantly saved and visible in the Odoo backend for internal review.
- Download diagrams as .bpmn or SVG directly from the portal interface.
