Yes, the app works with both Odoo Enterprise (on-premise and Odoo.sh) and Community edition. Odoo Online does not allow installation of third-party apps, so the connector cannot be used on Odoo Online.

Yes, when you purchase the app you receive updates for the Odoo version you bought (e.g. Odoo 17.0). We support the three latest Odoo versions, with older versions receiving critical bug fixes only.
On Odoo Apps, support is available for 90 days after purchase. Alternatively, purchase through our Ecosystem (ecosystem.ventor.tech) for unlimited support as long as your subscription is active, plus a free module upgrade when you migrate to a newer Odoo version.
Assistance with installation or configuration is not included in the module price. However, our support team is available to help with any issues during setup, and you can follow our detailed documentation for step-by-step instructions.

You can connect as many Baselinker accounts as you need. Each connection has its own API token, sync settings, and schedule. The connector is fully multi-company aware.
1. Odoo 17.0 — Community or Enterprise edition (on-premise or Odoo.sh).
2. Baselinker account with API access — generate your API token from My Account → API in Baselinker.
3. Sale module installed — the standard Odoo Sales module is required.
Yes, you can import products from Baselinker into Odoo and export products from Odoo to Baselinker. If products already exist in both systems, the connector links them using product IDs or SKU matching.
Baselinker aggregates orders from all your connected channels (Allegro, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.). The connector imports these into Odoo with order source tracking, so you always know where each order came from. You can also filter imports by specific order sources.
