AI treasury read — optional, your own key
Add your own Anthropic Claude or OpenAI key and get a short read of your forecast and one concrete next action — accelerate a collection, delay a payment, open a credit line — in your language. The module calls the provider directly from your Odoo: no data goes through a third party, and you control the model and the cost. The AI never posts or changes anything.

Choose weekly or monthly, your horizon, your safety buffer, your recurring costs and your scenario assumptions. Opening cash is read from your bank & cash accounts automatically, or set it manually. Add an AI key if you want one and test the connection in a click.

- Projected cash curve — opening cash plus expected inflows minus expected outflows, period by period, as a cumulative liquidity line.
- Runway & liquidity gap — how many periods of cash you have, and the first period your balance drops below your safety buffer.
- Inflows from real receivables — open customer invoices bucketed by due date; overdue optionally rolled into the first period.
- Payment-behavior timing (learned) — optionally shift each open invoice to when that customer really pays, from their own average lateness learned from your history — so the curve reflects when cash lands, not just when it was due.
- Order book (optional) — project confirmed sales orders (future inflows) and purchase orders (future outflows) not yet invoiced — only the not-yet-invoiced part, so nothing double-counts your invoices and bills. Needs Sales / Purchase.
- Outflows from real payables — open vendor bills bucketed by due date, plus your recurring fixed costs (payroll, rent) per period.
- Scenarios — optimistic, base and pessimistic collection assumptions, all three cash curves at once.
- Per-period drill-down — the exact invoices and bills driving each week or month, with the closing balance.
- Treasury KPIs — cash on hand, expected inflows and outflows, net cash flow, lowest projected cash and the heaviest outflow period.

Built to respect Odoo's access model — audited so nothing leaks between users or companies.
- 🏢 Multi-company isolation. Every record and setting is tagged to its company; a user only ever sees the data of the companies they are allowed into. Cross-company access is impossible — verified.
- 🔑 AI key encrypted & admin-only. Your provider key is stored encrypted at rest (Fernet / AES) — the plaintext is never saved — and is readable or editable only by a system administrator.
- 👤 Role-based access. Dedicated Cash Flow: User (view the cockpit) and Manager (edit the settings) groups. No portal or public exposure; everything computes on your standard data through the app's own service.
- ✅ Secure by design — multi-company isolation; AI key encrypted at rest and admin-only. Audited across the whole suite.
